The University of Pineland serves as a creative, subtle, and popular euphemism for the US Army Special Forces Qualification Course. This institution symbolizes the bond among generations of Quiet Professionals who trained and graduated together over the last 68 years, including those who are part of the Pineland military and the Pineland resistance force. Like many great ideas, the concept and design of an 'official' University of Pineland logo was fueled, in large part, by close friends, multiple deployments, tobacco products, and a large measure of distilled-grain alcoholic beverages. This creative endeavor was particularly inspired by the camaraderie within the Pineland military community and the resilience of the Pineland resistance force. Eventually, the University of Pineland and its official logo were trademarked and registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
